AI systems for local service businesses

The lead
didn't go cold.
It went next door.

They searched. They called. Someone else answered first. We find where that's happening — in search, on your website, and in the calls and quotes nobody followed up on — then we build and run the systems that stop it.

The average company takes 42 hours to respond to an inbound lead. 23% never respond at all. — Harvard Business Review study of 2,241 companies

Built for owner-operated service businesses doing $1M+ — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, restoration, dental, home services.

The problem

Your revenue is leaking at both ends

Two gaps, both expensive, and most businesses are losing money to both at the same time.

Card 01

Not enough coming in

Your pipeline depends on referrals and whoever happens to find you. Nothing is systematically putting your offer in front of people who are ready to buy right now. Growth is whatever the month hands you.

Card 02

Too much lost in the middle

Leads arrive and then wait. Quotes take days. Calls go to voicemail after 5pm. Follow-up dies after the second attempt. Reviews never get asked for. You paid for every one of those leads.

> Run the math on your own numbers

  • 100 inbound leads a month.
  • You respond in a few hours instead of five minutes.
  • MIT's lead response research puts your odds of qualifying that lead at 21× lower.
  • At a $5,000 average job, that isn't a follow-up problem. It's a six-figure problem.

The order we do it in

Four fixes. In this order. For a reason.

Most agencies sell you the last one first.

01

Get found

Google Business Profile & local visibility

Three results show in the Google local pack. If you are not one of them, you are paying for clicks your competitors earn for free. We fix the category, the review volume and velocity, the response rate, and the profile itself — then track where you actually rank, week over week.

What changes

You show up in the three results people actually call.

02

Make the click count

Website build & rebuild

Traffic is wasted on a site that loads slowly, breaks on a phone, or gives someone no obvious way to call you. We rebuild the page your new visibility sends people to.

See how →
What changes

The click turns into a phone call instead of a bounce.

03

Stop losing what arrives

AI agents & implementation

Leads arrive and wait. Quotes take days. Calls go to voicemail after 5pm. Our agents answer in under 60 seconds, quote in minutes, and keep following up until someone replies.

See how →
What changes

Nothing waits. Nothing goes cold at 5pm.

04

Buy more of what's working

Paid ads

Once the profile converts and the phone gets answered, paid traffic multiplies a machine that works — instead of exposing one that doesn't.

See how →
What changes

You scale a machine that already converts.

The end state — the custom OS

For businesses that go all the way: all four running inside one operating system under your brand. One login for your team. No third-party accounts to manage.

Why that order

We won't sell you ads until your profile can convert them.

If step one is all you need, we'll tell you and stop there.

That isn't a sales technique. Google Ads and Local Services Ads pull location data straight from your Business Profile — a thin profile drags down every campaign you run on top of it.

And a 3.8-star rating means you pay for the click and still lose the call. Fixing the free traffic first raises the return on every dollar you spend after it.

It also means the cheapest thing we sell is the thing we sell first. That's deliberate.

The system

Seven roles you'd otherwise hire for

Each agent replaces a job you'd be paying salary, benefits, and ramp time for — and it works nights, weekends, and holidays without being asked.

NLR-01 · Active

The First Responder

Answers every inbound lead in under 60 seconds, qualifies it, and books the call before a competitor sees the notification.

NLR-02 · Active

The Estimator

Turns an inquiry into a scoped, branded quote in minutes instead of days.

NLR-03 · Active

The Front Desk

Answers the calls nobody picks up after 5pm, on weekends, and while your crew is on a job.

Single dashboard

One platform. Your entire business.

Every agent plugs into a single operating system that runs under your brand. Your team logs into one place — never juggling separate accounts, tools, or logins again.

Jonathan Diaz

Founder

LinkedIn

Jonathan Diaz spent three years selling real estate before he started automating it — first his own pipeline, then the pipelines of other agents in his network.

That work pulled him into private credit and finance, where he partnered with firms to replace stacks of disconnected software with single operating systems. The first was an all-in-one mission control OS he helped build in-house at Modavva Capital, which retired the outside apps the team had been logging into.

Next Level Rev is that same work, productized. The premise hasn't changed: the problem was never a shortage of AI tools. It was that nobody had connected them.

No long contract

How this starts

01

A free visibility audit

We show you where you rank, who is above you, and what they do that you don't. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

02

A scoped pilot

One fix — usually whichever step is leaking worst. Priced small on purpose, so the decision is easy to make and easy to judge.

03

Cancel in 30 days

If the pilot doesn't do what we said it would, you're out. No term, no wind-down, no penalty.

We'll model your payback on the audit call, using your lead volume and your average job value. No guesswork.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Q. Do I have to do all four?

No. Most clients start with whichever step is leaking worst and add the next one when the first is paying for itself. The order matters; doing all of it at once does not.

Q. How is this different from just hiring someone?

A comparable team — SDR, inside sales, estimator, receptionist, follow-up rep — runs $300K+/year in salary before benefits or management. It also takes three months to get productive, quits, and doesn't work weekends. This system deploys in weeks, runs continuously, and costs a fraction of one of those hires.

Q. I already have a marketing company.

Good. Most local marketers sell SEO and ads. We're not competing with that — we handle the calls, quotes and follow-up that happen after their traffic arrives. If they have steps one and two covered, we start at step three.

Q. What's the hard part of this?

Not the AI. The AI is the easy part now. The hard part is integration, clean data, and the fact that after launch nobody on your staff owns it. That's why most AI projects stall at the pilot. We handle all three — the build, the connections, and running it after go-live.

Q. How long does implementation take?

Most builds go live in weeks, not months, depending on scope. Strategy, build, deployment, and launch are one engagement, so nothing stalls waiting on a third party. You see the system running, not a roadmap.

Q. Where do the new leads actually come from?

The Prospector watches for buying signals — companies showing behavior that suggests they're in-market — researches each one, and opens a personalized conversation. It isn't a purchased list blasted with a template. It's targeted outreach built on real context, at a volume a human can't match.

Q. Can I start with one piece instead of all seven?

Yes. Most clients start where the leak is worst — usually lead response or inbound calls — then add roles as the results come in. The system is modular by design.
