Step two of four
Your site is costing you the calls your reputation earned.
A slow page, a broken mobile layout, or no obvious way to call you — and every bit of visibility work upstream is wasted. We rebuild the page your traffic actually lands on.
Sound familiar?
If you've said one of these, this page is for you
“It looks fine on my computer.”
Your customers are on phones“I don't know who built it.”
And you can't reach them“We can't update it ourselves.”
So it hasn't changed since launchWhat we actually do
No adjectives. Just the work.
Rebuild on a stack you own. Your code, your domain, your hosting, your analytics — in your accounts. No proprietary builder holding the site hostage if you ever leave.
Under two seconds on a phone on cell data. That's the only speed test that counts. Not a desktop score on office wifi.
The phone number is tappable and visible without scrolling, on every page. It sounds obvious. Most contractor sites bury it in a footer.
A form that reaches you in seconds and lands in your CRM — not a shared inbox nobody has opened since March.
Tracking installed correctly, so you can finally see which page, which ad, and which search turned into a phone call.
Separate service and location pages that can actually rank, instead of one homepage trying to do all the work at once.
If your current site is fine, we'll tell you. Plenty of businesses have a slow-looking site that converts perfectly well, and a rebuild would be us taking your money to change the font. We check speed, mobile behaviour and call visibility first, and if all three pass we'll point you at step one or step three instead.
The first 30 days
What actually happens
01
Week one — audit and map
Speed and mobile testing on real devices, a page map of what you actually need, and the list of everything currently costing you calls.
02
Weeks two and three — build
We build alongside your existing site. Nothing goes down. You review it on a live staging link, not in a slide deck.
03
Week four — launch and handover
We switch it over, verify tracking is firing, and hand you the keys. Small text and image changes are free for the first 90 days.
Who you're actually talking to
You'll be working with me, not an account manager.
Jonathan Diaz spent three years selling real estate before he started automating it. That work pulled him into private credit, where he helped build an all-in-one mission control OS in-house at Modavva Capital — a single platform that retired the outside apps the team had been logging into. Next Level Rev is that same work, productized.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Q. Do I lose my current site while you build?
No. We build alongside it and switch only when you've approved the new one. There's no downtime and no window where customers land on a half-finished page.
Q. Who owns it when we're done?
You do. Code, domain, hosting and analytics all live in your accounts, in your name. If you fire us tomorrow the site keeps working and you keep the login.
Q. Can I edit it myself?
Yes. You get an editor for text and images and a short walkthrough. And for the first 90 days, small changes are free — just email them.
Q. What does it cost?
Scoped on the audit call, once we know how many pages you actually need and what carries over from the current site. A five-page site for a two-truck operation and a twenty-page site with location pages for a regional company are not the same job, so we quote after we have looked, not before.
