Step one of four

You're not in the three results that matter.

Google shows three businesses in the local pack. Everyone else scrolls past. We find out where you actually rank, who's above you, and exactly what they're doing that you aren't — then we fix it.

Sound familiar?

If you've said one of these, this page is for you

“We used to get more calls from Google.”

Every owner, eventually

“I don't even know what our profile says.”

Nobody has logged in since 2019

“We have great reviews and nobody sees us.”

Reviews aren't the whole score

What we actually do

No adjectives. Just the work.

  1. Fix the primary category. It carries more weight in local pack ranking than anything else you control, and it's the thing most profiles get wrong — usually set once, years ago, by whoever claimed the listing.

  2. Rebuild review volume and velocity. Every customer gets asked, the same way, every time. Not just the happy ones — screening for positive reviews violates Google's policy and the FTC's Consumer Review Rule, and it's the fastest way to lose a profile.

  3. Respond to every review, good and bad, in your voice, within hours. Response rate is a ranking signal and a trust signal, and it's the single clearest sign to a customer that somebody is home.

  4. Complete the profile. Hours, photos, services, service area, Q&A, attributes. The parts Google reads and the parts a customer reads before deciding whether to call you.

  5. Geo-grid rank tracking. You see where you rank across your service area on a map, week over week — instead of taking our word for it.

  6. Report the spam listings crowding your pack. Fake addresses and lead-gen listings sitting above you. Almost no agency bothers, and removing them moves real rankings.

Straight answer

Proximity is real. Local ranking is heavily influenced by how far the searcher is from you, and no amount of optimisation changes physical distance. If a searcher twenty miles away will never see you, we'll say so before you pay us. We check the geography first and tell you what's actually reachable.

The first 30 days

What actually happens

01

Week one — the audit

Where you rank for your main service terms, who is above you, and the gap between you and them in numbers: review count, velocity, response rate, categories, photos.

02

Weeks two and three — the fixes

Category corrected, profile completed, review request system live and running to every customer, backlog of unanswered reviews cleared.

03

Week four — the first rank report

You see the geo-grid move, or you see exactly why it hasn't yet. Either way you get the map, not a summary.

That work pulled him into private credit, where he helped build an all-in-one mission control OS in-house at Modavva Capital — a single platform that retired the outside apps the team had been logging into. Next Level Rev is that same work, productized.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Q. How long until I see movement?

Category and profile fixes can move things within weeks. Review volume is slower — it compounds over months, because it has to. Anyone promising you the three-pack in 30 days is guessing.

Q. Do you guarantee the three-pack?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Proximity is a large part of local ranking and it cannot be optimised away. We tell you what's reachable for your address before you spend anything.

Q. Isn't this just asking people for reviews?

Asking is part of it, and how you ask is a legal question, not a tactical one. We ask every customer identically, with no screening for happy ones. The rest of the work is category, completeness, response rate, photo cadence, and getting spam listings above you removed.

Q. We already pay someone for SEO.

Then start by asking them for your current geo-grid and your review response rate. If they can produce both, they're doing the work. If they send you a traffic chart instead, that's your answer.
