Step four of four

We'll run your ads. After we make sure they'll convert.

Paid traffic multiplies whatever your business already does with a lead. If the profile is thin and the phone goes to voicemail after five, it multiplies the leak. This is the last step for a reason.

Sound familiar?

If you've said one of these, this page is for you

“We tried Google Ads. It didn't work.”

It usually isn't the ads

“We're paying an agency and I can't tell what for.”

Ask them which click became a job

“Leads come in but they're junk.”

That's a targeting and intake problem

What we actually do

No adjectives. Just the work.

  1. Local Services Ads first where they're available for your trade. You pay per lead, not per click, and the badge does trust work no ad copy can.

  2. Google Ads on the search terms that mean someone is buying today — not the ones that look impressive in a report.

  3. Landing pages that match the ad. One offer, one page, one phone number. Sending paid traffic to your homepage is the most common and most expensive mistake in local advertising.

  4. Call tracking wired to the job. You see which keyword became a booked call and which became a wrong number. Without that, everything else is a guess.

  5. Meta only where it fits. Some trades sell well on Facebook and Instagram. Plenty don't. We'll tell you which one you are instead of billing you for both.

  6. A weekly spend review you can actually read — spend, calls, booked jobs, cost per job. Four numbers, not a forty-tab dashboard.

Straight answer

This page is allowed to talk you out of buying today, and sometimes it should. If your profile isn't converting and your phone isn't answered, we'll point you at step one or step three and tell you to come back. Turning down ad spend up front costs us money in the short run and saves you more than that in the first month.

The first 30 days

What actually happens

01

Week one — the three checks

Profile, landing page, response times. You get the results whether or not we go ahead, and if you fail a check we tell you which step to do instead.

02

Weeks two and three — build

Accounts, tracking, landing pages and call tracking set up in your accounts, under your billing. Campaigns built and reviewed with you before anything spends.

03

Week four — live, small

We start deliberately small, watch what converts, and scale into what's working instead of launching at full budget and hoping.

Who you're actually talking to

You'll be working with me, not an account manager.

Jonathan Diaz spent three years selling real estate before he started automating it. That work pulled him into private credit, where he helped build an all-in-one mission control OS in-house at Modavva Capital — a single platform that retired the outside apps the team had been logging into. Next Level Rev is that same work, productized.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Q. What if I fail one of the checks?

Then we don't start. We'll show you what failed, tell you which step fixes it, and you can do that with us or with anyone else. Spending on ads over a leak is how businesses conclude that advertising doesn't work for them.

Q. Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

It depends on the scope — how much is initial build versus ongoing management, and how many campaigns you are actually running. You get the number on the audit call, in writing, before anything spends, and it does not change without you agreeing to it first.

Q. Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, on your billing, in your name. If we part ways you keep the accounts, the history and the data — that history is worth real money and it shouldn't live with a vendor.
