Jonathan Diaz
Jonathan Diaz didn't come to AI from a lab. He came to it from a real estate pipeline that was leaking.
Over three years as a realtor, he watched deals slip through the gaps between tools — leads going cold mid-showing, follow-up dying in a spreadsheet, the same questions answered manually a hundred times over. So he started building. First for his own book of business, then for other agents in his network who had the same problem and no time to solve it.
That work pulled him into private credit and finance, working alongside partners facing the same fragmentation at higher stakes: more systems, more logins, more handoffs, more revenue at risk in the gaps. He moved from streamlining processes to building the operating systems underneath them — not advice, not roadmaps, the actual working infrastructure.
On the private credit side, that meant helping build an all-in-one mission control OS in-house at Modavva Capital: a single platform that consolidated the firm's operations and retired the external apps it had been running in parallel.
Next Level Rev is that same work, productized. The premise hasn't changed: the problem was never a shortage of AI tools. It was that nobody had connected them.
